Casumo’s game library is the main attraction
The desktop user experience starts with a clearly organised lobby. Large game tiles carry provider names, while separate rows cover new releases, jackpots and UK favourites. Searching for Starburst returned four clearly named results, including the original game, Starburst Galaxy, Starburst XXXtreme and Slingo Starburst. That is a useful shortcut through a sizeable catalogue.
Casumo gives its own live studio a prominent position, with branded blackjack and roulette tables from Creed Roomz. Regular live players have a distinct section to return to alongside the wider supplier collections.
The main compromise is how much space promotions occupy. A large banner comes before the featured games, and the small offer conditions take more effort to read than the headline. Our UK casino reviews provide other options to compare if you prefer a quieter layout.
Casumo’s 50% welcome bonus explained
The standard UK welcome offer is a 50% first-deposit match up to £100. New customers aged 18 or over must opt in and deposit at least £20. Activate the relevant Valuable before making that first deposit; the bonus is available once.
A £20 deposit produces a £10 bonus, with £100 of qualifying wagering. A £200 deposit produces the maximum £100 bonus, with £1,000 of qualifying wagering. The requirement is ten times the bonus amount. Depositing more than £200 does not increase the bonus.
You have seven days to complete the requirement. Unused bonus funds and associated bonus winnings expire if it is not completed in time. Your cash balance can be withdrawn before completion, but doing so forfeits the bonus and winnings derived from it. The remaining wagering requirement is shown in the withdrawals section of your account.
Game weighting changes the amount of play required
The general bonus terms list ordinary slots, jackpot slots, instant-win games, scratchcards and keno at 100% contribution, subject to exclusions. Slots with an RTP of 96.8% or above contribute 30%. Roulette and blackjack table games contribute 10%, live casino and video poker 5%, and baccarat contributes nothing.
At 5% contribution, a £1 eligible live-casino stake reduces the wagering requirement by only 5p. This makes the same headline requirement very different for a live player and someone using fully contributing slots. Casumo also maintains a long excluded-games list, so check the specific game before using bonus funds.
Watch the stake rules if you claim the bonus. The maximum is €5 or the local-currency equivalent; ask support to confirm the limit in pounds. A separate abuse clause applies to single bets of 20% or more of the credited bonus. With a £10 bonus, a £2 bet already reaches that threshold. You need to follow both rules while wagering the bonus.

We did not independently count the full catalogue, but the public lobby showed a broad selection from established and smaller studios. Featured titles included Big Bass Splash from Pragmatic Play, Book of Dead from Play’n GO, Fishin’ Frenzy The Big Catch from Blueprint Gaming and Starburst from NetEnt.
Provider labels are useful here: you can browse by familiar studio names rather than relying on game artwork alone. The search page also displays studio filters, while the main lobby separates Megaways slots, jackpot games and recent releases.

The jackpot section listed Mega Moolah, Dream Drop games and Jackpot King titles during our review. Their displayed prize pools change, so a figure captured on a review page would quickly become outdated.
The table-game selection includes computer-run roulette, blackjack and baccarat, with video poker also present. These sit alongside the live section, giving players a choice between automated games and streamed tables. Check each game’s help screen for its rules, stakes and applicable RTP; a supplier name alone does not establish the version being offered.
Casumo live casino: branded tables and live dealer games
The Casumo Live Studio showed Casumo Blackjack A and B, Casumo Roulette and Kickoff Roulette Casumo, all labelled Creed Roomz. Elsewhere in the lobby, Evolution’s Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time and Speed Baccarat appeared alongside Playtech and Pragmatic Play live titles.

Casumo payment methods and withdrawal times
Deposit methods listed in the UK FAQ include Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard, Skrill and Instant Banking. The ordinary minimum deposit is £10; the £20 threshold applies to the casino welcome bonus. Payment methods must belong to the account holder, and Casumo’s terms prohibit credit cards.

Casumo says it reviews and processes withdrawals within a matter of hours. Its full terms allow for variation and say a request should be approved or denied within three days. Payment arrival is a separate stage, which is why “instant” should not be read as an instant withdrawal from the moment you submit it.

These are Casumo’s published estimates. Neteller and MuchBetter appear in the withdrawal FAQ but not in the same page’s deposit list, so do not assume every listed method can be used in both directions. Casumo charges £3 to withdraw less than £10. Withdrawals over £10 are free of processing fees. The terms leave exactly £10 unclear, so check the cashier or ask support about the fee if that is the amount you want to withdraw.

The Casumo mobile app and website
Casumo offers a mobile website and advertises dedicated iOS and Android apps. Its app information describes biometric sign-in, where supported by the device, and a quick-launch feature for the four most recently played slot games.
Our checks covered the desktop website. We have not tested Casumo on a phone or used the installed app, so we cannot judge the mobile layout or app performance from experience.
Bonuses and promotions at Casumo: Valuables and Umodays
Casumo bonuses are presented as “Valuables”: account rewards such as bonus spins, deposit offers and bonus money. A progress system and branded promotions, including Umodays and UMOboards, are part of its presentation. Each reward has its own eligibility, expiry and wagering rules.
Check the individual reward before accepting it. A free spin, a bonus spin and a cash prize can have different conditions, even when they appear in the same promotions area. Progress towards a reward does not improve the underlying odds or justify playing beyond a planned budget.
Casumo’s UK licence
Recro Limited runs Casumo’s UK casino. You can find it under account 61549 in the UK Gambling Commission register, which lists an active remote casino licence and casumo.com as an active domain. Recro’s entry showed no recorded regulatory actions when we checked. A licence does not protect you from losing money.

Casumo customer support and responsible gambling tools
When you register, Casumo asks for personal and contact details and checks your age and identity. It may also request documents for account verification, with no fixed time promised for completing the checks. These requests can affect account access or hold up withdrawals. Casumo’s terms say it will not block a withdrawal to obtain information it could reasonably have requested earlier.
Casumo customer support is available through live chat and email at hey@casumo.com. Casumo’s terms describe its customer support team as available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have not tested its response times.
For a formal complaint, the terms say Casumo will acknowledge it within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within eight weeks. An unresolved dispute can be referred through the stated complaints process to eCOGRA, its named alternative dispute resolution provider.
PlayOkay provides deposit and spending limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately under the published terms; increasing or removing one involves a 24-hour cooling-off period. The website also links to GAMSTOP and independent gambling-support organisations.
If you stop using the account, be aware of the inactivity rule: after 12 consecutive months without access, an account with a real-money balance can incur a £5 monthly fee. The terms provide for advance email contact and an attempt to return the balance before it is classified as inactive.
Sports betting is also available
Alongside the casino section, Casumo has a separate Sports area with its own offers and rules. The casino bonus terms say sports bets cannot be placed while participating in a casino promotion until the bonus is redeemed, expires or is forfeited.
